The power of our beliefs

What happens when you believe thoughts such as:

I am not good enough; I am not worthy; I am unloveable; he should change; she doesn't care about me; they don't understand me; he shouldn't love her; I want him to be different; if he changed then we could be happy; he should listen to me; I need her to be happy and then I can be happy; no-one will ever truly love me; life isn't fair; my body is ugly... and the list goes on and on....

Self-sabotaging, self-limiting beliefs become internalised and form the filter through which we live our lives. If I have an underlying belief that I am not worthy, that shows up in how I relate to people, in my intimate relationships and the decisions I make.  Who would you be if you could not think those thoughts? How would your life look without those limiting beliefs?
